The concierge provides exceptional executive assistant support to one or two select Avantia families, freeing their clients by managing the details that allow them to focus on their unique abilities. This role drives efficiency for clients in their complex lives. Each engagement is unique and carries with it a special level of trust, discretion, and commitment to the family.

Portfolio Manager

The right candidate will be an experienced portfolio manager with an interest in becoming a Chief Investment Officer. They will set the direction of the company's view on markets, lead the investment committee, and lead manager selection at the firm. They have a strong background in derivatives and alternatives in addition to public market investments and financial planning.
Family Advisor

The Family Advisor serves as the lead financial advisor on select relationships at the firm. They coordinate all aspects of the relationship both internal to Avantia and across the family's other advisors and household staff. They work closely with Tax & Wealth Strategy, Portfolio Management, and Wealth Management Professionals to deliver an exceptional experience to clients.​​​

People here grow primarily through our mentoring program and our Bagel Monday learning sessions. Both build on our firm-mandated continuing education, and we support them with firm-sponsored certifications and conference attendance.

Our name comes from the late Latin “avanti,” which means “rather than” or “come in.” It reflects what we’re building: the capabilities of a large firm with the feel of a boutique. We offer a hybrid work environment and a comprehensive benefits package, described below.
